Cloud Nine Incentives are a leading prize and incentive agency that provide solutions to some of the world’s biggest brands and marketing agencies. They were formed in 2010 by a couple with over 25 years’ experience, with a vision of providing a flexible, bespoke (and most importantly) creative approach to travel incentives, prize fulfilment, campaign management and holiday prizes.

Position: Account Manager

Location: Olney, Buckinghamshire

Salary: £25,000 per annum plus potential company bonus of £2,000

Contract: This is a full-time position with the opportunity of hybrid working.

About the Role:

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Account Manager, based in Olney, Bucks. This is a full-time position with the opportunity of hybrid working.

Working as part of a small but growing team this ‘hands-on’ role involves working on a range of well-known brands (think Heineken and Nestle through to Gillette and Chicago Town). You will be expected to help provide innovative, bespoke solutions from writing creative proposals, through to project delivery, working to ensure deadlines are achieved and creative brilliance and service levels are exceeded at all opportunities.

Supported by an Account Director and working alongside the wider team you will help manage live promotions and create aspirational prizes and incentives. Our solutions are used for consumer and trade promotions operated mainly in the UK, but with some pan-European businesses. You will provide close support to our clients and help maintain and grow existing relationships with the odd face to face meeting.

You will be responsible for general account management ensuring service levels are met, liaising with clients and suppliers on live projects, and the best bit – helping prize winners during their winning journey – what that is, may be down to you.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • Currently hold the position of Account Manager / Executive with 2+ years experience.
  • Excellent writing skills.
  • Proven experience working within an incentive agency or marketing environment, ideally across shopper campaigns and promotions.
  • Innovative with the ability to turn ideas into action using excellent communication and negotiating skills.
  • Meticulous with strong financial management and commercial acumen.
  • A passion for travel and leisure pursuits.
