This promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over. Promotion ends 23:59, 31.10.2026. To enter, participants must submit their answer to the question posed and enter their details at www.uponcloudnine.co.uk/competition. One winner will be randomly selected from all correct entries within 5 working days of the promotion closing date and notified within 7 working days. There is one prize of a 2-night trip for two adults to a European city, beach or mountain destination of the winner’s choice, subject to approval and availability. The prize includes return economy flights from a UK airport, two nights’ accommodation in a 4-star hotel sharing a standard twin or double room, and an overseas transfer allowance. Travel must be completed by 30.11.2027. Travel is subject to availability and excludes Christmas and New Year periods, Easter holidays, UK bank holidays, school holidays and major events at the chosen destination. The winner must provide at least six weeks’ notice of preferred travel dates. All locations, airlines, hotels and travel dates are subject to availability at the time of booking. Cloud Nine will accept no responsibility for travel arrangements, accommodation or other elements of the prize being withdrawn, cancelled or amended by suppliers. In the event of this, Cloud Nine will endeavour to offer a suitable alternative of equal or greater value. Any requests relating to airports, airlines, hotels or destinations cannot be guaranteed. Passports, visas, travel insurance and any other required travel documentation are the responsibility and cost of the prize winner and their guest. There is no cash alternative, the prize is non-transferable and no refund will be given for any unused portion of the prize. For the avoidance of doubt, the prize does not include travel between the winner’s home and the departure airport, meals, spending money, gratuities, excursions, personal expenses or any other costs not expressly stated as being included.
