A winner will be randomly selected from all correct entries within 5 working days of the draw date. The winner will be notified within 7 working days. There is one prize of a city break to Venice. The prize is for two people (winner and guest over the age of 18) and includes return economy flights from your choice of UK airport (direct services only), return transfers, two nights four-star hotel accommodation sharing a standard twin or double room and daily breakfast. The prize is valid for travel until 30th June 2026 excluding travel over Christmas, Easter, bank holidays, Venice Film Festival and Valentines Day weekend 2026. All locations and dates are subject to availability. Cloud Nine will accept no responsibility for arrangements being withdrawn or amended. In the event of this, Cloud Nine will endeavour to offer a suitable alternative. Passports and Visas are the responsibility and cost of the prize winner. There is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of the prize. For the avoidance of doubt, the prize does not include travel to and from the winners’ home to the airport, gratuities, meals or other travel expenses unless otherwise stated, or any other costs of a personal nature not stated for winner and guest.
